Closing by mail?

Has anyone done this or know the process?

Contracts have been signed, title report clear, what's the next step? No mortgage, no inspection - buyer paying with "cash". I believe he's transferring the money via wire transfer into our lawyers acct. What's next?

This has been 3 long years & I'm ready for it to end!
