Re: I've been charting
You can ovulate up to 36 hours after the LH surge, so maybe you caught the beginning of the surge and are ovulating today. I would think your temps will start rising tomorrow.
It is also possible to have an LH surge and not ovulate or even have more than one LH surge to get your body to ovulate
Just keep charting and keep BDing until you see your temp rise.

Re: I've been charting
I would keep testing until you get a temp rise. Sometimes you can get a + OPK and not O yet and then you'll get a + later in your cycle. It happens. Remember, the +OPK only means that you should O within the next 12-36hrs not that you will The only way to confirm O is with your temp rise or a drs monitoring.
Hope you O soon!

Re: I've been charting
I'd keep testing. Last month I used a fertility monitor and got my peak like day 11 and had a feeling it was off (my temps stayed low too). So later in my cycle I went back to my OPK's and sure enough day 18 and 19 - I got a and right after that my temps spiked. I read somewhere that stress and other factors can push off ovulation and cause inaccurate readings - who knows. I think for me it was the fertility monitor being wrong since it was my 1st month using it and it still had to get use to me. I am on CD13 today and still no peak which sounds more normal but when it does get peak I plan to use my OPK's as backup to confirm at least until I am more confident with my monitor.
