Luteal Phase
I just completed my first full month temping and charting....Is it possible that I O'd on CD 25 and got AF on CD 31 having a 6 day luteal phase? Just wondering how long the average LP is and if this sounds normal. Didn't think I would O so late in my cycle.

I believe the average LP is 10-14 days...did you try using an OPK? It might help you for better accuracy!

No I did not start using OPK's yet since we have not officially started TTC. I am just trying to get to know my cycles better since going off BC and so when we do actually start I will have a better idea of when the best time to BD is. Right now I am just going according to my temps and using fertility friend.

Can you share your chart? Maybe you Oed earlier than you think. A six day LP is very rare

I dont know how to share my chart but according to Fertility friend it says I O'd on CD 25.

I don't temp at all, but my suggestion is to see what happens next month-short LP's aren't the norm and if it happens a second month in a row you should call your doctor
