So I tested this morning
and got a BFN. AF is due today and now Im feeling AF cramps 
Oh well onto next month. Guess you ladies arent getting rid of me anytime soon lol

yes this process s ucks! Im bummed but trying to stay positive. I think my problem this cycle was I was just so negative and kept thinking to myself "Well this isnt ever gonna happen" which is the wrong attitude to have. Ive also had a TON of stress this cycle too and as hard as I tried to stay calm, the stress got the best of me at times.
I do have an appt for acupuncture this month that I am looking forward to. Hopefully the acupuncture will help keep me calm.

Still not completely out though!
Stress is the worst...I constantly try to not be stressed out, but sometimes it just doesn't work. If you have any tips, pass them along!
