Breading trays?
What do you use to bread chicken and stuff? I'm looking into a set of breading trays and wondered if anyone had one they'd recommend.

The plastic containers that Chinese food comes in. The lids are great when you need to dredge in flour.

Re: Breading trays?
Pampered Chef sells something like this. I have it and love it. It comes with a tool so you don't have to touch the meat.

I bought my mom the Williams Sonoma ones for Christmas a few years ago. She always just used plates, but raves about these

a bowl for the egg, and waxed paper for the flour and the bread crumbs. Easy clean up.

Re: Breading trays?
I use plates & it's always mess. My dog always gets flour & runny egg crumbs dropped on him. These seems like great gadgets.

Re: Breading trays?
I use those plastic leftovers containers from Ziploc and such. I prefer something smaller and deeper - tried using a plate yesterday and it was too hard to get the breading on.
