Centering furniture on a wall...
Ok, I am a little anal when it comes to furniture placement. It needs to be just *so*.
So I have been spending time on this site http://www.planyourroom.com/, which is a wonderful site to do floor plans when you know the measurements of your existing furniture and room.
I am having an issue with Sasha's room-- because right now, we have basically 4 walls to use in her room. Her new room, only allows me 3-- and with the window placement, it really screws me up..
Anyway-- here is my floor plan for her room. Does it look funny, and I am being TOTALLY anal?

I didn't add them in the plan-- cause I guess I knew where they were and you couldn't really tell from the floor plan.
There is a single window behind where the chair is, (next to the crib). And then a double window over the long dresser on the right-hand side of the room. The closets (there are two single doors), on the opposite side-- next to and sorta behind the chair.

I think it looks pretty nice the way you have set it up. Of course seeing the windows on the floor plan & the closet would help you out too. But I really think it looks nice the way you have done it.
