Re: Traveling question...
I would only if I wouldn't be travelling by plane and wouldn't be traveling too far either. I think that keeping it local would make me feel more comfortable. I've heard that flying during the first trimester is dangerous to the fetus. Good Luck!!!

Re: Traveling question...
If my first IVF had been successful, I would have traveled at about 5 weeks along (by plane to PR) and my doctor was totally fine with it. Best to see what your doc has to say, but I'm guessing they'd say "have fun!". So to answer your question, yes I'd book it!

Re: Traveling question...
I would just be worried that if the FET didnt work, I would be screwing up my next cycle.

Re: Traveling question...
I don't know if this is related to your situation at all since I never did an FET, but as you may know I was doing medicated IUI cycles. DH and I wanted to plan a cruise for this summer a few months ago and Dr.B told me to just go ahead, live life, and enjoy!
We booked and we're SO glad we did. As it turns out, I'll be pregnant on the cruise bit if not, it's just something we would have had to deal with and probably have to take a cycle off since we would be on a boat for about 10 days. (I hadn't actually thought that far when we planned it) I always figured if I wasn't pregnant by then I would be grateful to have a vacation like that planned regardless!
Anyway I say clear it with your dr first... but if he says it's fine then I would live your life and have a fabulous time! You deserve it!!!
