I know this has prob been asked so many times
I finally got  after going off BC. I was kinda sad cause I thought I was late. I guess its all part of the process. Anyways, since today was the first day of AF should I  14 days from today?

Everyone's cycle is different. You might O on day 14, but I think something like only 11% of women do (I've been reading a lot about this lately!). It's totally normal to O anywhere between day 11 and day 25, and if you just came off the Pill you might not be "normal" for months so you really can't count on the whole "Day 14" thing.
This is my 2nd cycle off of the Pill and it's day 53 and I haven't O'ed yet, as far as I can tell, despite a " " on my OPK a full month ago. Stupid Pill.
Try searching around online for how to "temp" and how to check your cervical fluid to see when you're fertile. I'm reading "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" and it's great, but it's like 400 pages and it sounds like you want to get started quickly.

yea, i wanted to go with the "see what happens" but, I'm starting to get anxious! I guess it would be a good idea to get a basil thermometer and start checking.
