Big Dilemma...help please...

I took off this month from fertility meds because I developed a cyst in my right ovary during my last cycle. Thankfully it finally cleared away on its own. I'm on CD15 today. My protocol for this month is to start on Lupron on CD18 until I get AF and then do injectables with the hope to release more than one egg. Dr B said that Lupron will give him more control to do that with me. It all sounds good, right
Sounds like a good plan but DH and I messed everything up because of a moment of passion We on what turned out to be the day of my natural surge And of course now I'm panicking with the slight possibility of having conceived and harming my baby if I go on Lupron.... I know it sounds ridiculous to think that since I've been TTC unsuccessfully for a 1&1/2 before I went to Dr B. But there have been way to many good signs for this cycle.... my FSH was 7.53 this month (as compared to 12.3, 10 & 10 of previous months) - if anyone wants to know what I did differently to accoplish that let me know So, since my FSH was 7.53 this month, I figure maybe it even is a good month for natural conception? I also changed my accupuncturist, who guarantees conception after a few visits Also, I met a lady in the waiting area while waiting to see Dr B who told me that she got pregnant naturally between IUIs and I'm thinking that maybe God is trying to tell me something I know I sound really paranoid, since I know I have fertily problems, and Dr B said that there's only a slight chance that I will get pregnant.... What would you ladies do if you were in my shoes? If I don't go ahead with my protocol during this cycle, I have to wait for another whole month until I can get started on the Lupron. Or, my other option is to just go in on CD3 and start off on regular injectables again with no Lupron (and most likely produce only one egg again). Please ladies give me some advice... I don't know what to do.... Why did we have to complicate things like this :

Ask about Ganerilex... it works close the same as lupron but not for as long. Usually you wont start taking it until after your cycle has started. I used it for 5 days during my last ivf cycle.

I would email Dr. B and get his opinion, Honestly only he would know what to do and what medications you would be able to take. I am sure this does not have to be a wasted cycle. GL!

If it were me, I would wait and see if I get AF but only if my husband doesn't have any issues since you just tried on your own, and I would just do injectables without lupron. Maybe he can up the dose on the injectables to see if he can get more than 1 egg without the lupron so you don't waste another month. Sorry I hate that this is so hard.

I told Dr B and he said that if I have any concerns that I might be pregnant not to do anything, even though he said my chances are very slim to get pregnant naturally.... He said he will discuss with me on CD3 about what we can do.... but I already know what the 2 protocols may be... Thing is, this whole Lupron thing sounds like the best choice for me and now I have to wait another month...
