Re: I am new....
First off, welcome and I'm so sorry about your angel baby.
TTCing can either be fun and easy or stressful. Did you get pregnant easily with your previous pregnancies? Do you have a regular cycle?
I got pregnant twice (but had 2 miscarriages recently) by only counting days and tracking my cervical mucous.
Since I always have 30 day cycles, I pretty much figured that I needed to do the deed two weeks before. I would usually start on CD10-11 and go right through to CD22 just for good measure.
CD = Cycle Day (just in case you're wondering)
CD1 would be the first day of your period and so on.
Cervical mucous changed throughout your cycle. When you notice it getting creamy white and then turning more slippery clear, like egg whites that means you are about to ovulate in the next 1-4 days. You can google EWCM (egg white cervical mucous) to see exactly what I mean, you can even stretch it between your fingers and if it stretches more than an inch then that's EWCM (kinda gross)
Some women even notice a sharp pain lasting anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes right when they ovulate (it's the egg bursting through the ovary) -- that's also a good time to get busy.
For more accurate ways of tracking when you ovulate, some women take their temp with a basal body thermometer. I'm not too sure on what it all means, but high temps for a long period of time is good. Some other ladies can give you more info on this.
Some women also use OPKS (ovulation predictor kits) - again, I'm not to sure how they work bc I've never used them but someone else on here can tell you all about them.
For me, counting days and checking my CM worked twice, even though I didn't have good pregnancies I'm hoping it will work for me again once I'm ready to TTC again.
Best of luck to you and remember, the most important thing is to have fun and relax.

Welcome and good luck to you!!!!!! I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. We are here to support and be here for you!!
My advice to take the brainwork out of TTC? Get those clearblue easy digital OPK's (ovulation predictor kits). They have a smiley face that comes up when you're entering your ovulation phase. So easy!! Also google the "Deanna's Plan" it gives a very good (and rigorous!) schedule that seems like it works.

Re: I am new....
Welcome
Sorry to hear about your loss.
TTC can be a very emotionally draining process, so my best advice at this point would be to start to pay attention to your body and read up on all of the changes it goes through during your cycle. I think having a good understanding of all of this is a great way to start out.
And of course, be sure to hang out here. We all learn SO much from eachother in addition to the support and virtual shoulders to cry on.
Lots of luck
