Snack- 1pt -yogurt -vitatop
Lunch- 4pts -hotdog -roll -1 slice WW cheese -mustard -2 pickles
Snack- 1.5pts -cucumbers and dressing -100 cal coffee cakes
Dinner- ?? -ziti
Snacks- 3pts -ice cream -fiber one bar

The rest of the day is up in the air because I have senior execs here and food is always involved-I survived and made good choices yesterday (for the most part), hope to do so today too!

BUT then I went to my moms and had cherries, 5 mini ravioli and 3 slices of low fat apline lace cheese

1 shrimp app (I put down 2 points, it was on bread and had some other stuff, so just to be sure I put 2)

I have 1/2 day today and am going to NY F-M. I think tomorrow I should be okay, but Sat and Sun will be tough but I plan to try really really hard to remember that I love being skinny more than I love food

No time/energy to cook tonight, so we will have FF hot dogs and beans for 8 points.
2 points left-probably another coffee w/skim this afternoon.
We just got back from a busy weekend away-and I definitely went off plan so I need to get back on track.

I have a Starbucks iced coffee with skim milk and splenda on the way (DH is bringing it to me)-2 points (for all the milk)
lunch-same old same old, 2 merita rolls, turkey-6 points

Bump because I need to start tracking again, I've been off track for 2.5 weeks and need to get back in the game:
8/25/10
Breakfast: Bagel thin and egg whites-2 Points
Packed a lunch this morning-my usual 2 merita rolls with turkey, but I reduced the amount of tueky to make this only 5 points total now.
Coffee with cream-2 points.
9 points so far today, 14 points left.

I took the traveling journal from WW this week so I have to record EVERY MORSEL:
breakfast-cereal bar-2 pts Lunch 2 rolls with turkey and lettuce-5 points
I need to do my work out today.
The traveling journal is the only reason I didn't go buy a breakfast sandwich!
