and now we wait (suggestions/thoughts encouraged!)
ahhhhhhh the lovely 2WW
I actually don't know if I'll have a 2WW?? LOL
AF is due June 8th, but I finally got a + OPK on CD 20 (yesterday)... Keep in mind though that due to being away for work I didn't POAS on CD 18 or 19.... So somewhere within the past few days I've Oed or about to O. Today is CD 21 and I've had some O cramping..
We a grand total of........(drumroll please)...................................................................................................................................................................................................................................11 times!
Yesterday when we got the + we TWICE
Then for good measure we today..
Sooo it was a busy busy month-DH's new name for me is "sperm abuser"
I know we did everything we could so now we wait!! And if it's not our month-well then, the sperm abuse will just continue
PS-I'm wondering if AF does show herself, if it will come late?

Congrats! Im in the wait as well. My charts said I O'ed on 5/24 but didnt temp or anything to confirm...but then two days ago I got some more EWCM so weve been BD everyday just in case..AF is due 6/7 for me...we really are on similar cycles!
Oh and as for the late O-ing it could be just that you are a late O-er or that your cycle is off by a few days.

Re: and now we wait (suggestions/thoughts encouraged!)
Sending you lots of I'm in the 2WW too. 6 DPO today and woke with very tender and tingling breasts. I SWORE to myself I wouldn't spend this 2WW googling symptoms and reading into every little thing..... BUT.......I don't remember having this feeling this early any other cycle.
GL to you and my suggestion would be to keep track of your symptoms so that you can compare from month to month and rule out any "phantom" symptoms. I keep track of mine on a daily basis on My Monthly Cycles.

I'm having really weird cramping today-but I'm pretty sure it's Ovulation pain..
I am determined to not test until AF is due!

Re: and now we wait (suggestions/thoughts encouraged!)
Just an FYI - your LP (luteal phase) tends to remain the same length month to month. So for example, if you normally O on CD14, and have a 14 day LP, you'll get AF on CD 28.
Now let's say you O late - this month on CD21 (based on a positive OPK on CD 20). That doesn't mean AF is due on CD 28. That means AF is due on CD 35.
HTH!

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I always thought I Oed midway through my cycle (they've been 27 days the past 3 months). This was my first month using OPK's and (if they're correct), I Oed around CD 20 this month. SO I'm planning on getting AF late this time around. This cycle will be the telling cycle of my LP!

Re: and now we wait (suggestions/thoughts encouraged!)
if you didnt get your +OPK until yesterday your AF would be due approximately 2 weeks from today... sunday would be way too early unless you have an LP problem. do you know how long your normal LP is?
good luck!

I have no clue how long my LP is! My past cycles have been exactly 27 days.
The OPK wasn't totally + , I used the ones with the 2 lines (which I hated BTW)....My guess is I Oed on CD 17 or 18 (the 2 days I didn't POAS) because on saturday it was the first and only time the 2nd line looked pretty clear.
I don't temp, I think DH will freak if he sees me busting out a BBT, he's weirded out enough with the OPK
I'm a HUGE water drinker, and could never hold it in more than an hour or 2-plus I POAS at different times of the day. SO there's a strong possibility that because of my inconsistency that it wasn't accurate. Either that or I'm going to get AF late, making it a 10 day LP...or I could just get a BFP !! LOL
If we don't get a BFP this month, it's on to the CBE digitals (which everyone here seems to swear by).
Thanks girl!
