Sprinkle diet ...
lol .. I was talkiing to the lady you does my hair and she told me about this new diet . I thought i heard it all ... you carry this box of these flakes around and everytime you eat something you sprinkle these flakes on it . You can eat anything you want , ice cream, choclate , cake , everything except for soup ... honestly this is ridiclous . CnCan you image walking around with a bottle of fish flakes .. who the heck comes up with this stuff

I can definitely see why it works. Fish flakes on ice cream?  Probably ruins the taste so you don't want to eat it!
