TMI! BD question
WARNING this message may contain info that is TMI why is it that sometimes after I feel like all the little swimmers start heading back out? Is it that bad that they have to head for the hills

just keep making them swim   maybe if you change position? stand on your hands after they will swim the other way!!!! jk- hope they find their way!!!!!

the sperm doesn't head back out, the semen does. The semen carries the sperm into the vagina then they part ways. That's the most basic way to explain it.

Exactly, and even if some sperm leak out more than enough make it to where they need to go. If it makes you feel better you can always stay lying down for a few minutes after but it's not necessary.

No joke-like 7 of my friends with kids (or pthey're just preggs) swore to me that laying down a few min after made a difference
So maybe I've tried it once or twice

No joke, this month I hopped out of bed a few mins after to grab something and dh was like "Lay down....you shouldn't be just hopping up out of bed now!" Oh really??? And where did YOU get that info from??? Totally made me laugh, cause apparently he has been doing his own TTC research!
