I know I have said this before but....WHEN ARE HOMES COMING ON THE MARKET????
This is insane. There is NOTHING new coming on. I would say by the end of June if nothing has come on, all hope will be lost for finding my new home this year.

Agreed! It's very quiet since the homebuyer credit has come to an end....hopefully things will pick up - the summer is a great time to sell/buy.

Do you have to be in a home by this year? Maybe waiting will bring you to your dream home. Prices are not going up...so don't worry about that. Interest rates seem to be stable, maybe even going down a bit.

Most people are sitting on their homes until the market picks up and they can sell it for more than they owe/it's worth.
Things should turn around soon!!!

I know!!!! DH and I know every home for sale in our target area and there have been very few more to come on the market. I can't buy a home if they aren't for sale!
