Re: Monday's QOTD
Our DD name was picked by DH...her middle name may be named after DHs grandma...depends on when she is born
Our DS's first name is one I picked and the middle name will be DH's father's name.

Re: Monday's QOTD
My DD's name is Emerson Avery. I had a t.v. in my bedroom as a teenager that was made by the company Emerson. LOVED the name and just committed it to memory. Back in college I needed labels for a project, got Avery labels and LOVED the name so I committed that to memory. Back in my early 20's I added both Emerson and Avery to my ongoing baby name list and years and years later my beautiful DD was born and she was named Emerson Avery............after a bunch of retail products.
For a boy we love the name Hayden Parker. Hayden I first heard on the show "Coach" years and years ago..........Craig T. Nelson's character was name Hayden Fox. Parker was a name I came across in junior high and always liked it. If my DD was a boy her name would have been Hayden Parker. For baby #2 it's still #1 on the baby name list!

Re: Monday's QOTD
No real meaning behind them except that they are the only names I love! And I wanted Italian sounding first names since our last name is soooo Italian sounding.

I love that! I wanted Irish first names since our last name is very Irish but DH is against it

There is no significance to the first names we like but middle names will be my parents' names.

Re: Monday's QOTD
The meaning behind our name is after my stepdad. He raised me and passed away 9 years ago. His name is Charles Johnson I called him CJ. So we would like to name a boy Charles Jakob and call him CJ.
As for a name we are using the first in initial from both of our maternal grandmother. DH - Lois Me - Pam our name Lexi Paige.

Re: Monday's QOTD
For a her middle name will be Christine after my mom.
For a his middle name will be James after DH's dad.
We are still undecided on first names but there will most likely not be a significant meaning behind those names.

Re: Monday's QOTD
If I have a daughter I would like to name her after my grandmother. I am considering doing a middle name though.
There is no significance to the boy names I like.
