Temping newbie with question
Hey All,
I just started temping about a week ago, no clue where I am in my cycle at all (hence the move to start temping) and have read so much on here! But being all visual, I was wondering, what should the "ideal" chart look like that would indicate ovulation? Like what is considered a spike in temps, .5 a degree, 2 degrees?
Kinda clueless on this and appreciate any help!

Re: Temping newbie with question
this is my first month temping so i'm a little lost as well, but from what i gather it's a spike of .5 or higher. I think lol

thanks for the info, I've been looking at the galleries and realizing that there is no "perfect" chart, but it has been super helpful!
