what's for dinner tonight?
I have nothing defrosted and I haven't made a weekly menu in two months....
Any ideas?
Nothing that takes long to cook - like meatloaf or baked chicken... 
I did shortcut chicken and cheese enchiladas this week already.

I forgot I posted this!! I'm so sorry - and you answered me so quickly.
I have chicken pieces, a roaster, sausage, various pantry items.
I think b/c it's so beautiful I may just grill.

We are having sausage and peppers on hero bread w/ mozzarella cheese. You can grill the sausages and have the same thing.
