Question about implantation bleeding
hmmnnn.....I'm a bit confused.....
So many girls on here say they experience implantation bleeding when they get pg..but when I read articles/books about ttc and pregnancy, everything says that implantation actually is pretty rare, and that only about 20% of pregnancies experience it.
Does it seem like more than 20% to you?

I'm not sure about percentagewise but I had implantation bleeding on 9dpo. Alot of people say its brown and light but mine was bright red like the start of AF and every time i went to the BR that day it was red and there was some sort of clot looking thing in the toilet. Sorry TMI. I ws so disappointed thinking it was the start of AF early. But nothing on 10po and postive BFP on 11dpo

I honestly haven't heard any of my friends mention it as a sign befor ethey foud out they were preggo. I didn't have it with my first two pregnancies.

I've heard of it from alot of ladies...however...i never noticed any bleeding until after I went to the Dr, had the sono and saw the sac...sooo imp had already occured.

same here. I thought I saw tiny bit of brown spotting but I definitely felt a dull ache which was implantation cramping. I felt mine at 12 dpo.

i happen to think it probably does occur more than 20%.
reason being i think that many women who are pregnant either didnt plan it or were not up to speed on the symptoms so they didnt know to look for it.
when you are actively and informatively ttc and watching EVERYTHING your body does, I think you notice things that smoneone else going about their day wouldnt notice.
Thats my take on it
