2WW is gona be a disaster if i cant even handle this week

so this month is the first month i'm really "trying" by religiously temping and paying attention to my CM.
im getting impatient waiting for my signs of O....how in the heck am i gonna make it through the 2WW if i cant even handle the O wait?
