tracks near massapequa
hi ladies..im fairly new Massapequa Park. Can anyone tell me if there is a track nearby where I can run?

Did you ever consider running the bike path that starts in massapequa park. You can get it from Sunrise and it goes all the way up to the picnic area by the golf course at Bethpage. Round trip it's about 13 miles I think, but you can obviously cut it shorter and turn around. And there are markers every 1/4 mile. It's nice.

Have you tried the HS? Although this time of year there is often track practice or meets, so I try my JHS first.

Yes i love the Massapequa Preserve...i havent seen mile markers there though

the mile markers are on the bethpage parkway trail. It starts at the mass train station and ends in bethpage state park.
the markers are every 1/4 mile.
