my sister is leavign her basement apartament. It's a one bedroom. large bedroom double closets, large eat in kitchen/ living room combo, the living room is kinda small, she fits one sofa, cocktail table a small shelf unit and her stand/entertaibnement center, nice full bathroom. outside entrance. I'ts off Hicksville Road. She did live ther with boyfriend so it is liveable with 2 people.

oh yeah...the rooms are painted already... bedroom very soft sage green, living room soft pale sky blue, bathroom light purple (i think) kitchen white. they want to repaint everything white again but if you like she doesnt have to paint it again....
