How Long After....
How long after you stop taking progesterone suppositories, do you get AF?
I had a negative beta and the last suppository I took was on Friday night. AF was due to arrive on Sat or today (Sun)...but nothing. I just want her to get here so that I can start another cycle already.
Dr. B told me to come in early this week to talk about our game plan, but Im thinking of just going in on day 3 so they can take any bloodwork and we can discuss our plan in one shot. Is that okay?

Re: How Long After....
On my last cycle (which was my first one with Dr B), it took AF 3 days to arrive after I stopped using the suppositories; I used them last on a Monday night and AF arrived on Thursday night. I guess it takes a while for progesterone to go down in your system... I know how you feel - like it's a total waste of time Give it another day and it should arrive On my last cycle, when I called in the office for my beta results, I spoke to Dr B and I told him I wanted to get more aggressive with my meds. Then I just went in for my CD3 bloodwork and sono and he spoke to me about the new protocol he was planning for me to follow. I'm sure he will have a plan for you when you go in for your CD3 testing. He comes prepared to talk to you about his plans because that is the time that you need to start the meds. I hope that the next cycle is the one for you! I'm in the same situation like you... I tested with a FRER this morning (12 days past ovulation) and got a BFN. My beta is Tuesday, when Dr B will tell me to stop using them and then by Friday or Saturday I should see AFs ugly face again... Ughh, I just can't deal with this anymore.... This is really affecting my life

Thank you for responding I totally understand how you feel...b/c I feel the same way. I feel like it takes such a toll on me seeing all those BFNs and then my mom said to me "Negative again? I wonder what the problem is" That comment really threw me over the edge and I told her to leave me alone.
I hope we both get our BFP soon!!!

I know... I can see the disppointment on my mom's face every day... yesterday she showed me the beautiful necklace that my brother got her for mother's day and said "Go ahead have a baby already so I can wear it on the big party that we'll have for the Christening"! Aouch! Mom that hurt... Hang in there girls... what else can we do? We have no choice....

Re: How Long After....
I am so sorry girls!!!!
Angel333 I was waiting patiently to hear good news from you! I'm so sorry
Thanks for asking the question though...I was wondering the same thing. I am testing tom am 12dpo and i was thinking i would stop the progesterone if i got a BFN because next month is going to be tricky because we will be away mid cycle.
