Our offer was accepted!
Dont know if we'll get the house for sure ofcourse, the realtor has been getting offers like crazy but so far ours is the best one.
We had to offer 21k over asking price! but it still works out to be a good deal in the area we really wanted.
I hope everything works out ok, its exciting but at the same time so overwhelming! We keep thinking are we SURE we want to do this.
