Excercise classes NOT at a gym?
I would love to take a class but do not want to join a gym. Any recommendations in the Deer Park or Massapequa area?

it's probably cheaper to join the gym
I was going to take a yoga class- it was $15 a class
the gym is $35 a month
and I can take what ever classes I want

Yea I agree with Beth. With a gym you can take a class a day, at a studio it average $15 a class...15x5=75...so you would probably do better with a membership to a gym

Check with HS & Colleges for continuing ed classes - they sometimes have 8-10 week sessions.

If you are in Massapequa and want classes mainly, join Lucille Roberts.
They are dirt cheap (my gf prepaid 2 years for something like 200 bucks!) and they are known to have excellent classes.

I go to Hot Yoga Massapequa at least 3x a week.
I guess it is pricey compared to a gym, but I love it!!!
I have the monthly unlimited plan.

I take a Zumba class in Oakdale (i know your not looking in that area) but its $40 for 10 One hour classes..I go 3 times a week
