out again
Woke up at 5am to horrific cramps and a very heavy AF. I'm so upset.
This has just not been a good month for us. Some of you may remember my earlier post that we had found a house we were really excited about. Ended up we didn't get it.  Now a week later, turns out I'm not pg either. Pity party for me.
This month was my deadline. I have an annual exam in 2 weeks. DH is going to come along and I am going to ask my Dr what our next step should be. I really just can't take the disappointment anymore. DH has agreed to go for an SA. How do we get that ball rolling?
Does anyone know if there are specific things I should ask my Dr to check for?

I had my annual in April and was at that same frustration point. I brought all my charts with me so she could see what I had. She wrote me an order for a 7dpo Progesterone test (she had concern about a LPD after looking at my charts) and an HSG. She also wrote DH an order for a SA, so hopefully your doctor can do that too. Hope it goes well!

You Dr will prob do some CD 3 Bloodwork & SA. I don't know how long you have been trying but you could always look into a RE.

As far as testing goes, my doc sent me for CD3 bloodwork, an HSG, a pelvic sono, and CD26 progesterone bloodwork. He also sent DH for a SA. Your doc will give you scripts for everything.

I had my annual last night (my deadline) and the NP is going to talk to the Dr about getting me started on a really proactive program. I had a pelvic sono and bloodwork in Jan & Feb. I am waiting for the Dr to call and let me know what my next step is going to be.

In order to get the ball rolling, we went to a RE. Dh got SA done and I got bloodwork on cd 3 and eventually got put on clomid to help regulate me.
Im still not pregnant.... so I'll join your pity party

If you've been charting, bring them to your annual exam. Dr should be able to order the SA. You may want to consider asking about an RE from your doc. I didn't know about them until after my doc prescribed me clomid etc. My understanding is that you have a limited number of lifetime uses of clomid- I would have preferred to have an RE look over everything before I had taken the clomid especially since it didn't work...
I know it sucks... for next time.
