Decaf Coffee/Tea Ques
Does anyone know how much caffeine, if any, is in a cup of decaf? How much decaf can you have in one day?

Yogi makes great teas that are supposed to help with TTC and Pregnancy. I did acupuncture after my miscarriage when I was TTC for my DD and the acupuncturist suggested it because she said it helps promote healthy blood flow to the uteris. I showed it to my OB when I was preggo and she said it was perfectly safe to drink.
