Whats the deal with Zip Realty?
Are there any strings attached or is it just as simple as them splitting their commission with you? Anyone gone through theM? TIA!

My friends husband works for them and you do get a piece of their commission. I'm skeptical of stuff like that too so I don't blame you for asking :)

We used them a year ago had no problems at all. The $3,200. Check came in handy.

My friend works for them and he is our realtor for buying our new home and selling our co-op. I can honestly say that it really is as simple as it sounds. No strings attached. FM if you want more info on them.

Why not? It's called negotiating your realtor's contract/commission.
I don't see anything wrong with it.

our neighbor used them. they said the same thing.
