def not newer, but nice homes def in that price range...I love it there... newer homes there are def over 1mill I would say
You could probably do well for $800,000 in Manhasset Hills these days. Manhasset - probably not The only issue with Manhasset Hills is the train station. I agree with port washington. Also, roslyn heights?
