Question???

Last night I had a small amount of spotting, plus I have been crampy ever since I found out i was preggo. The spotting was very light and it was only when i wiped. so of course i freaked out and called the dr. They told me to come in today. I went in and they gave me an internal. I know its really early to see anything since i haven't even completed my 5th week, but they did see the gestational sac (which measured 9mm) and he said he saw a fetal pole.

He wants me to come back next week for another internal. My question...is seeing the fetal pole a good thing, i know seeing a fetus and hb is a lot better but I hope seeing the fetal pole is something positive. Im just so paranoid. I cant wait to get out of this first trimester stuff. Its so nerve wracking.

I know it's hard, but try not to stress. I think the fetal pole is about the best you can get at your stage. You'll be able to see more in a few weeks.

Seeing the fetal pole is definitely a good sign. Hang in there, I know how tough those first few weeks are
