Ovulation Kits
My husband and I have been trying to conceive. I took an ovulation test yesterday and got the smiley face but today it was the empty circle. Does this mean I ovulated or could the test be wrong yesterday? I still feel ovulation cramps so I am unsure.

The smiley on the digital OPK means that you are having an "LH Surge" which is the hormone released when your body is getting ready to release an egg. Typically, you will ovulate 12-24 hours after your surge is detected. The reason you had no smiley today is most likely because you surged yesterday and probably ovulated today.
