AF question might me TMI
Ladies I need a little assitance. I am not sure when to say that AF is here for Day 1.
Ok here comes the TMI
4/25 - 4/27 brownish black spotting
4/28 Bright red flow.
4/29 Bright red flow
4/30 Nothing
Should day 1 be 4/28 this means 13 day LP
Or
Should day 1 be 4/24 this means a 10 day LP

From what I have read...spotting does not count as your first cycle day. so I would say 4/28 would be CD1
ETA: I'd still extend my "high gear  period" just to be safe...

4/28 is the first day
it's when you have first day of blood flow, enough for a pad. Spotting doesn't count
