If you use the trigger........
When do you start counting dpo? 
I have always assumed my beta was 14dpo and counted backwards- but that would make 1dpo 1 day post trirgger.. .Does that make sense? I really should know this by now!! 
ETA: Thought I would rephrase..... If I triggered on Monday night and had an IUI Tuesday and Wednesday.... what dpo would you say I am?

Hmmmm Im not sure Im going to trigger on Friday- so Im going to assume I'll O on Saturday.... so I'll count Sunday as 1 dpo

when they did the IUI did they still see follies? If they did then the next day I would count as Dpo1. Thats how I have done it in the past. If they did the IUI and there was nothing seen then that was my first dpo.

would count the day after ur 1st iui as 1dpo
eta: today u should be 3piui (3dpo)

DPO starts the day after your IUI or transfer (IVF).....GOod luck!!!!!

I always assume I will ovulate 36 hours after the shot, so the following day would be 1DPO. Unless you go for IUI the day after the trigger and the sono shows the follicle(s) had already dropped.

Thanks ladies. I actually didn't get a sono the day of my IUIs so I don't know if the eggs were still there... but I'm thinking I'm going to count the day of my 2nd IUI as 1dpo, making today 3dpo.
It doesn't matter a ton because I am testing the same day anyway.. Mother's Day.. and them my beta is Tuesday.  I was just curious what dpo I would be on Mother's Day, but I know I will at least be 11.. possibly 12.. I'll test regardless and if it's negative I'll just convince myself it's too soon!
