Has anyone else noticed
an increase in CM after exercising or am I the only freak that seems to experience this ??
I'm def in my fertile period but as usual, I felt dry all day (which usually happens after DH and I  ). I was at my Zumba class tonight and all of a sudden I felt very "wet"  and sure enough - EWCM.

yes i have had that happen. so annoying when you get that "wet" feeling. its so uncomfortable and its all i can focus on lol
