does MLS only update once a day?
Just curious if I should even bother checking more than once a day

i think you can sign up for emails when new houses are listed in your target area so you don't have to check it daily

I check 3 times a day
first thing
middle of the day
end of the day
even on weekends
if you get a listing- you have 48 hours to get it on MLS- so new stuff comes out every day

I thought it was only updated once a day in the early AM (around 330am)?
