Thinking About Using CBEFM
I am thinking about getting the CBEFM but I have a few questions....Do I need to start using it on a certain date? AF came so today is CD1 for me.
Also - Should I keep temping along with using the CBEFM?

You can start using the monitor as late as CD5 so you do have a couple more days to pick one up. I use the monitor and temp so that I can more accurately pinpoint my ovulation day. I like to have the back up of the temps to know exactly when I ovulate (of the two peak days).
