My Current Mini-Rant on MLSLI.com
I know a home can be under contract and still be posted on MLS.
But can't they make a note of this on the site where regular consumers look & not just agents?
Vent over.

Re: My Current Mini-Rant on MLSLI.com
That was our biggest annoyance with that site when we were house hunting. DH and I would find a house on there, drive past it, and then call our agent to find out it was in contract. Or we would find 5 homes we liked and 4 were in contract. Its annoying and they should really note on the listing that they are in contract.

I understand this completely!
When I was buying my co-op I had an extremely limited price range. EVERY TIME I found a place I loved on MLSLI, it ended up being under contract. I understood the well-priced units go faster, but I had my heart broken many times
