Bean Recipes

Due to trying to incorporate organic as much as possible, I need to get non meat recipes. I bought some organic red kidney beans and a can of black beans. Please tell me what I can do with this. It has to be good as there will be no meat with the dish and if DH doesn't like it, I'll never hear the end of it.

For a really simple recipe (have made these many times!):

I've made this.. and it's really good! Don't skip the toppings! The radishes add such a good flavor!

Rachel Ray made a black bean stoup (thicker then a soup, thinner then a stew).

I sometimes add some black beans to chop meat to serve over pasta with sauce

When I make nachos/tacos - I smush black beans with some chicken stock (you can use vege) and some cumin, garlic salt to make my version of refried beans.
