Heres my Deal...what do you think?
oks so long story short...I have a son, hes 2. Ive been trying since October with one MC in Jan/feb. Started clomid because my o is all wacky-no success. Ive been doing it with a reg dr. Had an hsg-all clear. Im not pregnant. At what point should I have iui which was suggested when I had the mc at RSofNY. I keep saying it will happen. My timing is perfect every month. I get the surge. I had gotten preggo. Could I not be oing but getting the surge? IM assuming im oing since I had gotten preggo.
Could it be my hub even though I got preggo-can things change that fast?
If you could please take some time with any suggestions I appreciate it. IM lost!
ETA0one clomid cycle was ,monitored with sonos-no blood. The other I chose no monitoring because it was stressful. O was never confirmed with either. Can they confirm o with bloodwork? What else does the bloodwork tell them?

without blood work they can't determine if you are ovulating with 100% certainity (you can use a home kit to test for a surge, not as good as a blood test thought), and even though you may find it stressful sonos are the best way to know what size follies you are getting and how many you have. They may need to increase you're clomid to get larger follies. I started on 50 and ended up with 200 mg. I would talk to you re and explain your concerns to them.

I agree, blood work tells you exactly what levels your hormones are at during different points of your cycle. The sonos confirm the size of the follicle and if you released it. Think of the everyday normal chances of conception and fertilization-they're low even if you have the "perfect timing." Theres no way to know if you ovulated, how many follicles were mature, etc without the monitoring. Although it is a bit more stressful, it gives your dr. more insight into whats happening during your cycle.
