Pasta Casserole w/ Biscuits?
So I made in the crock pot yesterday some chicken in a creamy cheese sauce with veggies. I served it over pasta. I have a lot left over and was thinking about turnng it into a casserole but was not sure how to do it.
My thought was to make a little more cheese sauce and add that to the pasta, chicken and veggies and then take grands biscuits (which I have in the fridge) and place them on top and then stick it in the oven for as long as it takes the biscuits to bake.
Does that sound about right or should I be doing something else?

I have my own issues about mixing carbs - seems like a lot of carbs for me.
Maybe turn the mixture into a pot pie or top the bisquits and make an ala-king type dish.
Maybe try thinning it down with some chix stock and making a chowder/soup - maybe add some beans?
A little hard since I'm not exactly sure what you are working with...

This is what I have:
Chicken Breasts
Pasta
Mixed Veggies
Sauce is campbels cream of chicken soup mixed with campbells cheddar cheese soup
I know it is a lot of carbs and I welcome any suggestions you may have!

I stick to my original ideas but add:
top a baked potatoe with the chicken mixture.

You could omit the biscuits and crumble Ritz crackers or just sprinkle some bread crumbs on top.
