Baking from a box?

I used to bake from scratch with new baby its hard to do. Anyone have any cake/muffin/brownie favorites that come from box?

I have the cookbook The Cake Mix Doctor, which has a lot of easy recipes to make box baking metter. It's one of my favorites.

I like Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe for cakes. And I'll use any brownie mix that's on sale (pillsbury, duncan hines or betty crocker) but I always add chocolate chips & walnuts. Chat Icon
