Problems with Kraupners Pharmacy?

Anyone have a problem with them. First they didn't get my script from the Dr so they had to fax it again the next day. Then it was supposed to come between 7-11 last night. They didn't come til 1AM. DH called this morning and went off on them. anyone have a problem like this with them?

1 AM????? that is RIDICULOUS!!!! I had probs with them as well. I think a bunch of girls have.

Can't stand them!
The girls on the phone are rude!
AND they came sooooo late at night with some random man, only to tell me the take cash only. Too bad,I gave them a check.
Unfortunatly I will be expecting them to come again tomorrow night since I need a new IVF kit of goodies delivered.
(First round of IVF didn't work and no frozen embies)

I haven't had problems per se but I don't find them particularly helpful. The women I've spoken to are kind of rude and don't give any info. And they do come pretty late.

This is my first experience with this stuff so I don't know for sure but I felt like it would have been faster and easier for me to find a pharmacy that had the stuff I needed and picked it up myself.

Several people on this board have suggested Freedom pharmacy as an alternative.

Thanks ladies. My first experience was not bad and i havent had a problem with the ladies on the phone. But to come at 1AM?????? The after hours person who answered the phone was actually pretty rude to DH though. The first time they came we didn't have cash either. But we were able to pay by CC. The reciept on the bag has a little slip on it for your CC information. Although i didn't want to give the driver my info, i needed that shot that night. I am going to ask Dr. B if there is another pharmacy we can use.
