WW to lose a smaller amount of weight
Just curious, has anyone ever done ww to lose5-10 lbs. Does it work? I need to lose a total of about 7lbs. I just started monday..so far so good. WW seems to be the only diet i can stick to. I really like the pt. system. Also, would you use the 35 flex points?? I'm only 5 feet, and my goal weight 100lbs.

Re: WW to lose a smaller amount of weight
It will totally work to lose that much! I am not looking to lose a ton--@ 15.
WW is really about portion control and being accountable for what you are eating.
I just started tuesday but already my jeans are fitting better--and that is with a week that I was not able to workout as much as I normally do!
For me watching my portions, have a set guideline of how much I should be eating and recording it is helping me
GOOD LUCK

Re: WW to lose a smaller amount of weight
I have found that ww is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change of eating. It forces you to eat portion controlled, well balanced meals. If you add in exercise that will help your journey.
I feel that if you are looking to lose weight and keep it off then ww is the best option. If you are looking for a crash diet to help you fit into a dress then ww is not the best option. So yes I think it is fine for you since you want to maintain a certain weight after you lost the 5-7 pounds.
