Temping ?
I've been taking my temperature everyday at 6:30am but today I woke up at 5:30am. Should I have taken my temp at 5:30 today because I didnt. I just rolled over and went back to sleep, then when my alarm went off at 6:30 I took my temp. Is this going to mess up my chart?

One temp won't mess up your chart. It may be slightly higher than it should have been, but I wouldn't worry about it too much.
For future reference, if you wake up early, take your temp and make a note of it in your chart.
