BD schedule help
Today is CD9
Last month I O'd on CD13
Month before I O'd on CD 14
This month I am not temping
When should I BD?

i would start CD 10 or 11 maybe? and continue until at least CD 18 just in case.. you could probably get away with less, but it doesnt hurt, right?

I would start CD10 and do it every other day until CD 16 to be safe..or keep going up to you.

I would BD everyday from CD10 through CD18. I know it's alot but I have read that it is most important to BD the three days before you O and the day that you O. Why don't you try using an OPK? Buy the 7-pack of CBE Digitals at Target...I think it is $25.

That's great! So then I would def BD from CD10-CD15 or CD16.
