Excerise, Fatigue & Supplement Question

So for the past month or so I've been working out 6x a week roughly and hour or so a day sometimes 2 hours (one in the morning and one at night) I have been exercising consistantly since December, but maybe 4-5 times a week.

Last week I noticed how fatigued I've been come the 5 and 6th day of my routine. Like I have no energy to give it my all in the gym, I'm hoping it's not me being burntout. I went to GNC and asked the guy there what supplements I can take to help (I don't like pills) He sold me something called Cytonox, which is a pre-workout engery booster and the GNC Lean Protien Shake.

In total I've lost 20pounds without this stuff, but I need something to boost my weight loss goals and to keep me energized. My personal trainer is always trying to get me to drink protein shakes, so I guess I'm falling in the right track here.

Can anyone help me out with suggestions or advice?

maybe you should try eating some carbs before you workout
