I ovulated and my temp went up and now today it dropped way down...what the heck...

you do know that your temp will drop on the day of implantation and then rise again.

Agreed. It's called an implantation dip.
Otherwise it also dips when you're ready for AF but then it doesn't go back up until you O again.

you shouldnt focus or read into any one specific temp, but instead focus on the pattern. if your temp continues to stay below the coverline tomorrow and the next day and continues to be pre-O, you can assume that you did not O. if it goes back up and stays post-O then you can prob just ignore it as a fluke drop in progesterone/spike in estrogen for whatever reason.
i would say i dont think its implantation only because i read your other post which from what i remember said you were 4DPO which seems a bit early for implantation (but you never know  ).
anyway i know its hard but focus on the pattern not the individual temps.

it went back up, not as much as the fiirst day it spiked after o but FF said I o'd on thursday...what do you think- I also got he positive on the OPK on Thursday am

It is more than likely a dip. I temped for MANY months and dipped 5-7 DPO every time.

Ok thank you..does it just have to stay higher than the horizontal line...or increase everyday?
