horesback riding maybe someone can help me
I want to take my niece horseback riding but I have no idea where to bring her. Shes only 8 and this would be her first time. Ive ridden a lot but never on Long Island. Any help would be great!! TIA

You can take her to Hempstead Lake State Park. It's pretty nice and they'll take you down by the water. It's off of Peninsula Blvd in RVC. You should see the entrance right off the road. Follow it around and follow the signs to get to the horse back riding. I don't know what's out in Suffolk...I'm sure if you go further out, there's some stuff, but Hempstead Lake does the trick for Nassau. Have fun! I love it!!!

Not sure where you live but
Hempstead Lake State Park on Peninsula Blvd.
Sweet Hollow Stables in West Hills in
Huntington off Old Country Rd.
Babylon Riding Center in North Babylon goes into Belmont Park
and there are a few in Montauk and/or Riverhead but I'm not sure where you are.
