LPD Ladies...I am hoping you can help!

Hope everyone is enjoying this rainy afternoon. I have a couple of questions regarding a LPD which I am hoping the LI family ladies can help with. My DH and I have been currently ttc for 3 months, and I have been temping and using OPK's for 4 months. It looks like every other month I have an 11 day LP switching off with a 12 day LP. I know that a 12 Day LP is normal, but an 11 day is a little on the short side. This month I started taking vitamin B-6 (only 50mg, which was recommended to begin with). I saw no change, so this month I will increase my daily intake to 100 mgs (2 vitamins) and see if that does anything. So here are my questions....Do you think I should be concerned yet? When should I seek a physicians help or are my numbers pretty normal? I know that I have only been ttc for 3 months, but you all know how stressful this process is...I think I stress myself out more than I have to! For ladies who have a LPD, did you just keep track each month and then bring the charts to your OB or RE?

Sorry for so many qustions. Thanks in advance for anyone who takes the time to read this lonnnngg post!

I've had an LP as short as 9 days...on average 10. And last cycle I made it to 11! My dr. says he prefers to see a minimum of 12, but 11 isn't bad. Plenty of women get pregnant with 10 and above. I wouldn't be too concerned with an 11/12. If you want to increase your vitamin B6, I recommend taking a b-complex like B-100. I've read that when you take extra B6, you should also increase your intake of the other B vitamins to help with absorption.

Thank you so much for responding. I also purchased a B-complex vitamin, but I didnt know if I should mix the two. Maybe next month I will keep 50mg of the B-6 and then also take a B-complex!

THANKS AGAIN!!

If your B-complex is 100, I'd just take that. Easier than taking 2 pills.
