OPK/Monitoring - Yikes is it going to be too late

i've been feeling some ovulation cramps today so i just took an OPK test & got the smiley. the problem is i'm still going in for monitoring. i have a 6:30 AM appt. tomorrow. we have no IUI scheduled yet. so now, they usually won't get the results and/or call me until mid day. Am I going to miss the boat this cycle?? i know the test detects the surge and will ovulaute within the next 24-26 hrs. if they schedule the IUI tuesday isn't it going to be too late

i just tested this afternoon but who knows if i took the test this morning if i would have gotten the smiley.

should we BD tonight just in case?.

I would call your RE. They should have someone on call.

I know when I was with my RE, there was always an on call nurse and Dr. after hours and on the weekends.

Thanks! i did call & the nurse said she has no idea of knowing since she doesn't have the appointment book.

i'm a little aggrevated since my doctor initially said i might be coming in today for monitoring. but when i checked my voicemail friday afternoon she said Monday morning. at least i would know by now what was going on.... i hope it doesn't screw up chances this month.

its just annoying since i don't know if i should go to work or not. i don't want to miss 2 days of work.
